Make.com

Make (formerly Integromat) lets you build visual, multi-step workflows that react to SurveyTale survey responses.

Prerequisites

• A SurveyTale workspace with permission to manage API keys.
• A Make account.

Set up the integration

1. In SurveyTale, open Workspace Settings -> API Keys and create an API key.
2. Open the SurveyTale app on Make: make.com/en/integrations/surveytale.
3. Create a new scenario and add the SurveyTale module as the trigger.
4. Connect your account using your SurveyTale API key. The base URL is https://app.surveytale.com.
5. Choose the trigger (for example, Watch Responses) and the survey to watch.
6. Add downstream modules and map the SurveyTale response fields to them.
7. Schedule and turn the scenario on.

How it works

When the trigger fires, Make runs the connected modules in order. SurveyTale remains the source of truth for response data.

Notes and troubleshooting

• If the connection fails, confirm the API key is valid and the base URL is https://app.surveytale.com.
• If a scenario does not run, check its schedule and that the survey is receiving responses.
